  Our apartment accommodated 8 peeps no prob. It was clean, and a hop, skip and a jump to the beach! Our place also had a couple noodles, a couple boogie boards and 4 beach chairs, and since we all flew in/out, we added to those totals for them. Also the pool was nicely heated, a needed perk when visiting in December. No hot tub, but with the beach so close, it didn't affect my 5 star rating. Highly recommended, and we will visit again in the future.

  It is one of the taller apartments on N Courtenay Park Way. Nice veiw if you had an apartment on top floor.
