We are new to living aboard as we just bought an 81 year old historic antique sailboat on Christmas Day 2017 and we sailed it down to Cape Marina shortly after that so we don't have lots of experience with marinas but so far we have been very satisfied with the facilities and the service in general. I absolutely love the pool area because I am an avid swimmer but much attention to detail has gone into the surrounding area with a beautiful large bar and a very comfortable seating area around a propane fire pit. For a small fee extra per month around $25 you have are allowed access to the pool and game room area after hours basically 24/7 and that is a definite plus for us as we have had many memorable evenings sitting beside that fire and swimming in the pool. Very relaxing. It's a very quiet atmosphere and there are so many knowledgeable and helpful people that we are surrounded by. The gift shop is very unique in that it offers a beautiful selection Maritime related items at reasonable prices. Even though I've sworn that I have enough things from there I usually end up buying something every week LOL. Honestly the only thing I can say that I really don't care for is the ladder system that you have to use when it's low tide to get off of your boat. There used to be non slip strips on the ladder rungs for safety but they have long ago rubbed off and myself and several other people I know have come very close to falling in between the boat and the finger Pier into that water because the bare metal is extremely slippery. In addition our finger Pier is very wobbly so it can be a challenge at times to stay balanced as it is very narrow and I wish that they would put in a little bit more lighting around the marina and I know that other people have said so as well. But overall we are very satisfied and have no plans to move anytime soon. It is my understanding that this family-owned business has been around for several decades so that is always a good indication that they provide quality services to their customers.

Nice people, good restaurant. Docks are strangely high and short. Backing in recommended. But knowing that, I'd go back.
