The computer system was giving the new hire many issues which added to the wait time for everyone. I had to wait an hour before being helped. Upon getting helped, there were computer issues again. The car was fine and clean. Just was a process to get there. This was my first car renting experience and I wasn't explained how to return it after office hours.
