  Location, location and location! Less than one minute to the beach by walk and has everything: heated pool, hot tub, sauna, big parking lot, four tennis courts, an elevator is a big plus when you came back from shopping or with a stroller. Perfect place to spend your vacation for family with kids. A bit pricey but it's worth it.
