  There was only one person serving patrons. There appeared to be another employee there, just watching. The computer system was giving the new hire many issues which added to the wait time for everyone. I had to wait an hour before being helped. Upon getting helped, there were computer issues again. The car was fine and clean. Just was a process to get there. This was my first car renting experience and I wasn't explained how to return it after office hours.
